Hermina Burnett is the Associate Dean Post Graduate Degrees. She lectures in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (at the Murdoch Business School, where she teaches units in entrepreneurship, innovation and organisational learning at undergraduate and postgraduate level. A graduate of the Master of Business Administration program (distinction) and a currently submitting a Ph.D at Swinburne University, Melbourne, she has previously taught entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing and management courses at Swinburne University and RMIT University in Melbourne, and at the Singapore Institute of Management. After migrating to Australia from the Netherlands, Hermina founded and operated a number of successful small businesses, before starting a business consultancy focussing on strategic business planning and coaching. Between 1999 and 2001 she was the General Manager of New Business Development Service, a federally-funded small business survival program for the Northern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.
